I am 25, I currently work in a networking company based in Montreal. We install and provide the required support to secured IP solutions that we implement. I provide network support level 2 to customers on the phone and also through our personnalised support portal. Moreover, I participate to new projects inside the company with the goal to improve the quality of services we provide.

I was born in France and I went to live in Montreal when I was 21. I have studied in computer sciences in France (development and networks).
I successfully passed my CCNA professionnal in Montreal and I am now working on my CCNP exams.
I like music, cinema, TV shows, sports (especially hockey and UFC) and poker.
